Mikey's Place for Autism

Welcome to Mikey's Place for Autism

Thanks to the ongoing generosity of our community, we provide support, play groups, resources and training opportunities to help families and children living with autism. The number of kids being diagnosed under the Autism Spectrum Disorder, a neurological condition that affects the way the brain functions, continues to increase. Thankfully, we have such a caring community to help us help these kids. To find out how you can help, please contact Gail Carter, the director of Mikey's Place, at 705-526-2005 or email info@mikeysplaceforautism.

PLEASE SUPPORT THE 14TH ANNUAL MIKEY'S TOURNAMENT FOR AUTISM!

Wednesday, May 31. Midland Golf and Country Club.

Since its inception, funds from Mikey's Tournament for Autism have supported Mikey's Place for Autism in Midland, a resource centre for families affected by this insidious disease that affects one in 68 children.

Mikey's Place provides a wide range of caregiver workshops, social integration play dates for kids and families, camp opportunities, yoga classes, educational bursaries for post-secondary students training to become developmental service workers, a musical training program, and much more. None of this would be possible with your support. Please consider supporting Mikey's Place for Autism!

While we would love to see you join us for a fun day of golf, we also rely on sponsorship and other donations. Your donation can be as simple as a gift certificate for your business or a product or service or a cash donation. Any donation makes a difference!

Our 14th annual tournament takes place Wednesday, May 31, at Midland Golf and Country Club. Please be a player or a sponsor!
